I Have Pain Where My Gall Bladder Use To Be

I have pain where my gall bladder use to be as well as in the back right hand side - I went to dr. yesterday who just said it was muscle spasm and wasn't interested in hearing about the front part of the pain where gall bladder was - but I am still concerned that it isn't just muscle spasm - why would I have in the front also?
