I Have Painful Knots On The Left Side Of My

I have painful knots on the left side of my head, and pain in my leg. I also, have soreness in my foot too. This is all on my left side. I was told I have dysplasia of the left side of my brain. No side effects from this are present however I do suffer from migraines. What is is knots about from and the weakness in the left side of my body from? I am 59 year old women with Osteoporosis.
