I Have Pains In My Legs For Months, My Legs

I have pains in my legs for months, my legs feel like they are getting weaker all the time, I have had numbness and weakness in my arms for a few years. I now have problems sleeping as I always have restless leg syndrome. My doctor did an MRI on my brain and they found 9 lesions what does that mean?
