I Have Pains In My Lower Abdomen- Like Muscle Cramps.

I have pains in my lower abdomen- like muscle cramps. Also I have to poop every time I eat as I am uncomfortable and have pressure. I feel bloated and feel like I have to poop a lot but I am not always successful. Recently my poop had some white flakes in it. I had a normal colonoscopy. Endoscopy showed an ulcer and I am taking meds for that.What is wrong?
