I Have Palpitations With Slight Dizzy Spells. My Echocardiogram Came

I have palpitations with slight dizzy spells. My echocardiogram came back normal and 2 ekgs were normal. I am now wearing a heart monitor for 48 hours. They say they are checking to see if it is caused by stress or electrical. Either can be helped by meds. But they said if electrical I would have to see a specialist. Is an electrical skip/palpitation life threatening or is it a benign issue that just needs addressed. I am having severe anxiety not knowing what to think. Am I in danger? I am very about this possibly being electrical. I am 33 years old and in good health otherwise. Please help!
