I Have Panic Attacks I Take Adivan 1 Mg For

I have panic attacks I take adivan 1 mg for them , But I had a large cup of coffe this morning , and about 8 beers after work ,i also had a energy drink ,i've already taken 2 and a half of my medication , But I'm still feel really panicked,don't know what to do
