I Have Paper Cuts Above The Clitoris It Was Really

I have paper cuts above the clitoris it was really itchy but I used a cream and it took care of that but now I have cuts again, and not only that but my husband now is really itchy and has like scabies around his penis I'm thinking I had a yeast infection & I passed it to him or what else can it be ??
