I Have Parkinsons And An On Sinemet 200/50 Plus Entacapone

I have parkinsons and an on sinemet 200/50 plus entacapone 200 mgs I take this every 21/2 hrs 7 times a day plus 10 mgs of of cipralix at bedtime. Today I'm having a thick feeling tongue accompanied with a foul taste in my mouth also a very heightened sense of smell which is off and on. My sense of smell has been poor for a few years,it also feels like the sinemet isn't working well today
