I Have Paronychia And I Have Been Soaking My Nail

I have paronychia and I have been soaking my nail in warm water the past three days. Now, the area is dead and peeling off. I peeled off the dead skin and I noticed it started exposing the back of my nail and it started to lift all the skin around it. I left the dead skin in tact and currently have a band-aid over it. How should I go about treating this?
