I Have Patchy Skin All Over My Back (sunburns Perhaps).even

I have patchy skin all over my back (sunburns perhaps).even though i don't gym or do any rigorous exercise, I have stretch marks on my shoulder and spots on the surrounding region. The shoulder skin appears to be somewhat scaly.kindly suggest me a solution.
