I have pcos. I m 28 years with 140kgs of weight and my height is 5'7". I had a spontaneous miscarriage in January and from that time I only had 2 to 3 cycles till now that too by taking regesterone tablets. I often get symptoms that i get during my cycles like cramps, etc but no period. All my hormones were normal when tested but i only have high insulin resistance. Currently i m taking Metformin 1000 mg daily. Can u guide me...
