I Have Pcos, And Never Had A Regular Period. I

I have pcos, and never had a regular period. I got off birth control six months ago, and I'm very good at taking my vitamins and supplements because my husband and I want a baby. Since I got off my birth control six months ago, I have finally been getting periods regularly. The days leading up to my period I have very faint light pink bleeding up until my period, and the days after my period I have light pink bleeding that turns into brown up until my next period. Never enough for a tampon or a liner. I also have period type cramps along with the spotting/discharge. Is this normal for pcos? I have an appointment to see my gynocologist but it's not for another month.
