I Have Peed With Blood And Am Nit Sure If

I have peed with blood and am nit sure if i have my period or if it's part of pre menopausal symptom..feel kinda tender on my pelvic area and lower back dull pain that i usually feel when i have my period. I am 47 and have mirena since 6 years ago. Also sexually active.
