I Have Peeling White Skin In My Right Nostril. It

I have peeling white skin in my right nostril. It builds up and kind of obstructs my nostril a bit until I pull it out. Sometimes when I pull it out it bleeds and sometimes it does not. The skin is completely white with parts that are see through and the rest is thick white. What could this be? I have never has any nostril issues or procedures?
