I Have Perforations In Each Eardrum From Multiple Sets Of

I have perforations in each eardrum from multiple sets of ear tubes...I have been fine for the last 10 years and out of the blue in November I got really bad headaches then started getting echoing in my ears when speaking...also found out I have partially patulous Eustachian tubes, I am very distressed over the echoing, I resort to silence most of the day. I think the overuse of decongestants led to the patulous situation, if I get a tympanoplasty do you think it will help with the echoing?
