I Have Periodic Pain In My Center And Upper Right

I have periodic pain in my center and upper right quadrant of my of my abdomen sometimes sharp most often deep ache lasting for a few hours or right now, mostly on for this is the third day. Has woken me up twice during the night..
I have had my gall bladder taken out.
I have nausea most every morning
I had a hysterectomy -uterus only -years ago.
Would you help?
