I Have Peripheral Neuropathy In My Rt Foot, Left Foot

I have peripheral neuropathy in my rt foot, left foot up to knee(which seems to want to creep further), and left hand. I must stress, I do not have diabetes and I am in no pain at all and never had the pain, only numbness and tingling. I have tried acupuncture, methylcobalamin, other neurology pills, but it remains. I understand these are damaged nerves somewhere. My question is that I recently saw an advert for a product called "Emuaid". Have you heard of this. I am only looking to reduce some of the numbness and tingling and hopefully prevent it spreading. I have had a few Tia's and a stroke in Apr of 2015. Damage was to the eyes, which returned 6 weeks later. Thanks
