I Have Peripheral Neuropathy With Terrible Pain In My Legs.

I have peripheral neuropathy with terrible pain in my legs. I have divots once in awhile in my shin area and it scares me. My right foot and legs below the knee is swollen but these divots are not pitting edema. It looks like it is right over the bone. I also have a stress fracture on the side of my right foot that is so painful. The podiatrist that I used to work for took the X-ray and saw the stress fracture and put me in a post op shoe for a few weeks. He re-xrayed it and said it was healing and took me out of post op shoe. It is swelling again. I'm in so much pain that I can hardly stand it. My left arm is so numb too. I have pics of my legs if you need them. The Gabapentin, amitriptyline and baclofen don't help much anymore. What in the world is happening?
