I Have Persistant Bilateral Neuralgia Which Feels Like Sparklers In

I have persistant bilateral neuralgia which feels like sparklers in my legs when lye down.
Is worse when I sit down or bend.
My life has been severely restricted to driving short 20 min intervals.
I lye preferably or walk for 20 mins some mornings, sit against stool to try and be normal occasionally.
I am on Lyrica 150mg BD and take a turmeic based antiinflsmmatory and magnesium. I also take natural autoimmune formula for Hadhimotos.
I get a lot of muscle spasm.
I have had a lateral recess decompression on L4-S1 which had reduced some numbness but not resolved inability to sit for long periods.
MRI shows L4/ S1 central disc bulge with annular tear. The disc material indents the thecal sac but does not markedly compressS1 nerve root .
Disc dehyration and disc bulge noted at L4/L5 and L5/S1.
Mild facet joint O A noted between L3/L4 and L5/SI.
My surgeon is now suggesting a disc replacement at L4/L5 and Fusion at disc below.
I just want my life back! i am an ex nurse n Naturopath.
