I Have Persistent Dry Scalp On The Part Area Of

I have persistent dry scalp on the part area of my hair. It itches profusely. I have tried everything from Cocononut Oil to special shampoos to moisturize my scalp. I use very little hairspray. Also, I have tried apple cider vinegar after shampooing. Getting no relief. Any suggestions. Thank You, Betty ( YYYY@YYYY )
