I Have Physical Contact With My Boyfrnd From 6 Months

I have physical contact with my boyfrnd from 6 months onwards im sufferd from white discharge which is coming with bad smell nd i have a irregular period problem , suggest me to get regular period nd to overcome that white discharge problem.... If i do skipping, is their any problem to give birth to baby.. Nd im 20 years old
