I Have Pimple Looking Bumps All Over My Face When

I have pimple looking bumps all over my face when squeezed crystal like hairs or fiber come out. Also excessive hair growth with follicles grew big and moles are changing, new ones every day and different colors red mostly. Do I have cancer? Also a lump on the bottom of my foot instep area noticed yesterday today a dark purple bursae appeared next to an below my ankle. I am covered with bruises but am also moving so not sure which ones are from what but my ankle is for no reason.
