I Have Pin Prick Pains In Abdomen For A Long

I have pin prick pains in abdomen for a long time. started when i got pregnant. But then It ended in a miscarriage. its still there not persistent but keeps coming and going every month. I had D&C six months back. Not any medical check up after that except follow up visit to doctor. Should I be concerned?
