I Have Pitting Edema In Both My Legs On A

I have pitting edema in both my legs on a daily basis, even when not at work. I have been taking Lasix every day recently increased to 40mg. Lab tests are all within normal, including a BNP, the swelling is getting worse and more painful, I work long hours and am on my feet for about 14 hours a day. Im at my wits end especially with a new occurrence of sever pain in my left heel
