I Have Plaque Psorisis For Nearly Ten Years,it Has Gotten

I have plaque psorisis for nearly ten years,it has gotten worse in the 3 years.i was told to go gluten and wheat free , no processed meats ,an acidic foods ,dosent seemed to have helped , any other suggestions? i have been taking inner health plus immune defence for the last month and just started taking inner health plus dairy free glutn free probotics.
