I Have Plates In Both Lower Bones In My Left

I have plates in both lower bones in my left arm. One plare goes from the radius of my elbow half way to my wrist. I have been experiencing alot of pain in this area for awhile but now there is a bulge at the end of the plate. The plates have been in my arm for 10 years now and this is the first time a bulge has appeared.
