I Have Pneumonia. I Was Diagnosed Yesterday. I Was Given

I have pneumonia. I was diagnosed yesterday. I was given prescriptions to prednisone, Cefuroxime Axetil, Benzonatate, and Doxycycline hyclate. The insurance company wanted my doctor to get a pre-authorization for the Doxycycline..But I went to an urgent care unit. This is new insurance for me, and I don't have a new primary care doc yet. So, if they can't work it out, must I have that medication? or will the others take care of the infection?
