I Have Poison Ivy On My Knee And Below And

I have poison ivy on my knee and below and it's bad , the other day is rubbed it with a dirty rag and gasoline and it's swollen pretty bad and I've developed a lump where my leg meets the groin area and it's sore to the touch and it seems to have moved upward some what should I do
