I Have Polimyositis (for 11 Years) And Now Taking 50

I have polimyositis (for 11 years) and now taking 50 mg of imuran and 8 prednisone, experiencing excessive bruising on both my legs, dry/phleghmy cough/flu sysmptoms like, light headed, chills/hands and feet are really cold at times, blurry vision, brain fog, ringing in ears, rash on neck and red spots (pimple) like around eyes and on sides of lips. Wondering if it is the imuran (since October 50 mgs) and what could I switch of instead or is it both the prednisone and imuran. I Thank you/
