I have poly myalgia rh, asthma and crohns. At the moment crohns seems to have gone (colonoscopy 21/11) but the pmr is aweful. wake up stiff neck, shoulders and swollen hands and stiff hips. I need some medication that does not flare up crohns or allergic asthma. Any suggestions? Peter
