I Have Polycythemia And Hypothyroidism AND Am Bipolar One. I

I have polycythemia and hypothyroidism AND am bipolar one. I have been soooo hot & sweaty (my son says clammy) for past three days but temperature on forehead strip is normal, although it sticks to me because I'm sweating so much. Have felt warm for years (wore t shirt & fleece walking in snowy forest recently) first time worn fleece since Easter-time. Am on medication but stable & no recent changes. Am 44 yrs old female with implanon rod in arm for 2 years. Puzzled but not worried, would appreciate your advice,thanks
