I Have Poor Lower Leg Circulation And Little Feeling Below

I have poor lower leg circulation and little feeling below the calf. My legs and feet swell up after I have been on them for more than an hour and I have pain in my lower leg after walking more than 200 yds. Will compression socks help me? Could I use footless compression sleeves?
