I Have Position Pain In My Right Foot Under The

I have position pain in my right foot under the third toe down about a inch is deep pain and hurts with certain movements sharp . No swelling of foot or discoloration . I am not a diabetic healthy have a history of arthritis with a positive rheumatoid factor and Ana . Has been under control with mobic as needed or advil . Is this a bone spur. ??? Thank you
