I Have Post Nasal Drainage And Am Constantly Clearing My

I have post nasal drainage and am constantly clearing my throat. I am also tired and just want to sleep. The drainage is thick, but not yellow or green. Does this sound more like sinus infection or allergies? My nose isn't running, I don't have pressure around sinus area, no headache.
