I Have Pressure Around Nose And When I Cough Whole

I have pressure around nose and when I cough whole head pains. I feel I have fever between the skin. But don't have fever. I completed one course of antibiotics in India and here I was given antibiotics but I am still feeling weak and almost in same shape. What is my next option? Oh yes, I was sent to take facial x-Ray and negative for sinus.
