I Have Pressure Behind My Left Eye, And A Bit

I have pressure behind my left eye, and a bit of twitching of eye, I have ringing in ears and my gums and teeth are sensitive. I had a tooth pulled on left side back about 6 weeks ago and I have had sinus surgery on left side about 4 years ago. How do I know if it is sinus problem or something else?
