I Have Pressure In My Sinuses But No Congestion. Dull

I have pressure in my sinuses but no congestion. Dull headache for about 4 days. When laying down difficulty breathing just feels like there is a weight on my throat. Head feels like pressure almost like how you feel if you are in a headstand to long. Try to lift something heavy and a strong head ache immediate but went running this morning no problem.
