I Have Pretty Chronic Nausea And Vomit Almost Every Morning.

I have pretty chronic nausea and vomit almost every morning. Mostly just sputum but occasionally traces of blood, yesterday I had the sensation that something was "wrong" and went to bed early because I was uncomfortable and dizzy the night before that I slept 13 hours, and last night I slept 12. I'm still very tired, very dizzy, sweaty, and I just had a BM that was tarry and black. I'm trying to be as calm as possible, but I'm concerned that vomiting regularly may have damaged the point where my esophagus meets my stomach, and that I may be bleeding internally. There is no accompanying pain, but I am very nauseous. What would you say are the chances that I have an internal issue?
