I Have Pretty Severe Ddd And Djd Most Painful In

I have pretty severe ddd and djd most painful in my shoulder girdle. Now I'm getting numbness and tingling in my hands and feet regularly . I had an car accident a month ago and whacked my head pretty hard but no cat scan was done. Now my doctors are asking about my bowel and bladder control. What is the connection that they are thinking about ? Also my memory and balance are off.....
