I Have Pretty Severe Ringing In My Left Ear. I

I have pretty severe ringing in my left ear. I had an earache last week, took a z pack and applied antibiotic drops. I've had a sensation of fluid in my ear for around two months, mid July. The fluid sensation is back and the ear canal must be blocked again because my hearing is diminished quite a bit.
