I Have Problem In My Throat .its Been From Last

I have problem in my throat .its been from last 8,9 months.its seems that i always feel some fluctuaite noise from my throat and pain in ear plus tyroid parts and but i dont feel,pain in swallowing foods or any thing but some medium pain in right side of my throat little bit pain.
