I Have Problem On The Head Of My Penis. During

I have problem on the head of my penis. During the intercourse the skin on tip gets reddish and then blood comes from some parts on tip...whilr its erected. In normal circumstance...the penis tip is dry with some white fungas type thing...which have bad odour too. Pls help. Also...if needed...what king of specialist doctor should i consult. Appreciate ur guidance
