I Have Problem With My Bowel. It Comes In Less

I have problem with my bowel. It comes in less quantity with narrow stool. There is no bleeding. Sometimes oily liquid comes out with squeezing type sound. I also have pain in left pelvis. Urine also comes with obstruction. It is yellowish. It feel numb in inside part of body which was in lower abdomen part. But gradually it is now in entire body part in left side. Due to this i feel my left lungs dont absorb oxygen. And i dont feel hot or cold in left part of neck while drinking hot or cold drink. Swallowing is also felt in right part only. I also have now pain in back part of head. Mild and pinching pain. It feel difficult to turn eye to left part. There is aching in skin in groin area and in right foot and in back and also in stomach. The part where there is aching skin has turned black and wrinkles has occured. Breathing has become difficult. I have problem with bowel from 9 year. And other symptom from 2 yr. Breathing problem and skin problem from 6 months. I did blood count check up chest xray video xray tft , ncv, hiv, hepatitis test every thing is normal. Plz help me.
