I Have Problems With Ear Wax In My Ears. But

I have problems with ear wax in my ears. But about 2 days ago I woke up in the morning and my right ear is completely blocked, it's not aching or anything but I've got ear drops in it for the last 2 days and it just hasn't gotten better. I feel sick sometimes and dizzy occasionally. What is the problem? Should I go and see my doctor?
