I Have Psoriasis And Have Been Injecting Humira Every 10

I have psoriasis and have been injecting Humira every 10 days. It wasn't working that well so the dermatologist added methotrexate once a week. Since that started, I have developed severe acne ro ace on my face. The dermatologist has added doxycycline and an ointment. Now I have extremely red and itchy excema behind my ears and around my eyes. I feel as if individual issues are being treated but to me, the issue is my autoimmune system. It has been suggested in the past that I may have lupus but it was never confirmed. I had two outbreaks similar to this one about 25 years ago, and both times it was successfully treated with a short dose of prednisone which was tapered off. She says no, to keep going the course with all these meds. I feel as though I am getting worse.
