I Have Psoriatic Arthritis. Because I Use Methotrexate For 3

I have psoriatic arthritis. because I use methotrexate for 3 years I have avoided any bad flair ups. I have continued to have foot pain (a 1 or 2, out of 10) with each step I take. my foot xrays show healthy feet. im looking at adding some natural anti inflamitories to help with my feet. a product called Wobenzyme N has caught my eye. is there a problem with this or other common "natural" anti-inflamitories ?
