I Have Pulling Ilike An Elastic Band On Left Side

I have pulling ilike an elastic band on left side of abdomen and pain in bottom near anus , I have been constipated and I did bleed after passing stools more than spotting but red I have had more tightness and tenderness when I get up in my glutes when I get up in morning , and gets a but better during day with ibroprofen and muscular gel
