I Have Purpura And Do Not Take Blood Thinners I

I have purpura and do not take blood thinners I need a special dermatologist in Florida that will really test me I have had this for a year used creams pills, will not go away..I need a specialist I know about the age thing but this should not happen to me I am only 62 its only on my arms will not go away. I know what causes it and I don't take what causes it in the way of medications - All I need is a referall to go somewhere to be tested and possibly help to get rid of this its only on my arms
