I Have Pus Filled Bumps That Are Red Near Genitals

I have pus filled bumps that are red near genitals they itch & burn a little bit. I noticed them Sunday night & got tested for them on Monday I received the results today for a herpes test I took & it was negative I'm still worried as to what it can be help!!!
