I Have Puscell Albumin Rbc And Living Organisms In My

I have puscell albumin rbc and living organisms in my urine. I did use and x-ray also. But reports were OK. I m a diabetic. Sugar leve is high most of the time. I am not able to clear my bladder. Some times I have pain and burning in lower abdomen. Urine doesn't not come with full force also.
PLEASE give me best possible suggestions. I'm 33 year old married male.
